Supplies

You will need a Yoga Mat, Yoga Blanket &
2 Blocks for training.
Below are some suggestions of my favorite products:
*There are a million varieties of each of these items...
feel free to shop around.
*For your mat: We all have favorite brands, and they all feel different under our hands and feet, so try an few and see what works best for you.
*For your blocks: the weight and size are more important then the brand
*For your blanket: Yoga blankets are blankets, period. Standard size helps there to be enough without too much material.
Training Requirements

You must complete all 200 hours to graduate from the program. If any classes are missed, make-up work must be done to fulfill the requirements.

You are required to take a minimum of 15 yoga classes outside of our meeting dates.
You will review each class based on a written criteria which we will discuss on our first day.
(Teacher Feedback Forms)
I highly encourage that at least 3 of those classes are taken outside of your home studio so you can explore other styles, studios and teachers.
One of the classes you review may be remote.
